Winter weather finally arrived in Walla Walla the past two weeks. We are thankful that we did not have to cancel any athletic events and grateful for our transportation department in getting us to district events safely on time.
The Walla Walla HS Competitive Cheer team participated in the WIAA State Championship meet in Battleground, WA two weeks ago. Although the team did not place this year, this was the fourth year in a row that the program qualified for state. Congratulations to coach Morgan Arreola and her team.
